Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of largeprintpuzzleclub.com and anything you get from us. Please read them. They're written to be easy to follow.

1. Who we are

Large Print Puzzle Club is operated by Fluid IQ Digital LLC ("we," "us"). Large Print Puzzle Club is the name we sell under. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we offer

  • Monthly plan (subscription): $9.00 USD per month. Right after you pay, we email you that month's PDF pack of 32 large-print puzzles (word searches, sudoku, mazes, word scrambles and number puzzles, with answer keys) plus Bonus Pack 1 (24 puzzles) if you're a new member. After that, a new 32-puzzle pack comes after each monthly payment.
  • Yearly plan (subscription): $59.00 USD per year. Right after you pay, we email you that month's 32-puzzle pack plus any bonus packs you're due (Bonus Packs 1 and 2 for a new member; Bonus Pack 2 if you upgrade from monthly). After that, you get the same new monthly packs monthly members get, by email every month while your plan is active.
  • Gift pack (one-time): $12.00 USD. A PDF of 24 large-print puzzles from that month's themes (the month's "Gift Edition"), delivered by email to the buyer. It doesn't renew.
  • Bonus packs: Bonus Pack 1 when you first join; Bonus Pack 2 when you start or upgrade to a yearly plan; each sent once per customer.
  • Free sampler: a free PDF of 8 large-print puzzles with answer keys, emailed to the address you give us. It costs nothing and doesn't start a subscription.

Everything is digital. We don't mail anything. You print the PDF yourself. Pages are designed for US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 in).

We sell to customers in the United States only. You must be 18 or older and able to make a payment to buy from us.

3. Subscriptions, automatic renewal and price

  • Monthly plan: your subscription renews automatically every month, and your payment method is charged $9.00 on the same date each month (or the last day of a shorter month) until you cancel.
  • Yearly plan: your subscription renews automatically every year, and your payment method is charged $59.00 on the anniversary of your first payment each year until you cancel. We email you a reminder about 30 days before each yearly renewal, with the price, the renewal date and how to cancel.
  • Monthly members also get a yearly email reminding them what they're subscribed to, what it costs and how to cancel.
  • You agree to automatic renewal when you tick the consent box at checkout.
  • We use Stripe to process payments. We don't see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as LG PRINT PUZZLE CLUB.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe may try again over the following days. If it still fails, the subscription may end, and no pack is sent for a period that wasn't paid.
  • Price changes: we'll email you between 7 and 30 days before any price change takes effect, with a link to cancel, and you can cancel before it applies. A new price never applies to a period you've already paid for.

4. How to cancel

  • Cancel online anytime. No phone call, no form. Use the "Manage or cancel" link in any email from us, or go to largeprintpuzzleclub.com/manage and confirm your email address. No reason is needed.
  • Monthly plan: when you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your current month runs to its end.
  • Yearly plan: when you cancel, your plan won't renew, and your monthly packs continue until the year you paid for ends. After the 30-day guarantee, we don't refund unused months of a yearly plan.
  • You keep every pack you've already received.
  • We email you a confirmation when you cancel.
  • If you have trouble cancelling, email [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you. Your cancellation counts from the time of that email.

5. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within 30 days of any payment, email us and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked. You keep what you've printed. This applies to monthly, yearly and gift pack payments. Send refund requests to [email protected]. Refunds go back to your original card. Refunding a monthly payment also cancels your subscription, unless you tell us you'd like to stay. If we refund a yearly payment, that yearly plan ends: no more monthly packs are sent for that year, and it won't renew. 6. What you may do with the puzzles

  • Each pack (and the free sampler) is for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it as many times as you like for yourself and the people in your household, and you may print or forward a pack for a family member or friend you're giving it to.
  • You may not resell, share publicly (for example, post online), redistribute or include our packs in another product.
  • The puzzles, word lists, page designs and text are ours. The font, Atkinson Hyperlegible, is used under the SIL Open Font License.
  • Want to use packs with a group? Email us first.

7. Delivery

  • Packs are delivered by email with a download link. Keep your email address current, and check spam or promotions folders if a pack doesn't arrive.
  • If a link stops working or an email goes missing, email us and we'll resend it.

8. About the puzzles

  • Our puzzles are made and checked by our own software. Before a pack is sent, the software checks that each sudoku has exactly one solution, every listed word appears in its word search, every maze has one path, and every answer is worked out again from the puzzle.
  • If you still find a mistake, tell us. We'll fix it in future packs.
  • The packs are for enjoyment. We make no other promises about what they'll do for you.

9. Things we can't promise

  • We provide the packs "as is." We work hard to make them correct and readable, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free, or that the website and emails will always be available.
  • How a page prints depends on your printer, paper and settings.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects your subscription, we'll email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.

11. Ending the service

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We may end a subscription if it's misused (for example, packs are being resold). If we do, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for. If we ever close the club, we'll email you, stop all future charges and refund the unused part of any period you've paid for. For a yearly plan, that means the months you won't receive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Fluid IQ Digital LLC is organized, except where your local consumer protection law gives you more protection.

13. Notice for California customers

Under California Civil Code §1789.3: the provider of this service is Fluid IQ Digital LLC, [email protected]. The prices of the service are shown in section 2.
