Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Large Print Puzzle Club is operated by Fluid IQ Digital LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, who receives it, and what you can do about it. Contact: [email protected].

1. What we collect

  • Your email address, when you buy or when you ask for the free sampler.
  • Your name, if you give it at checkout.
  • Billing details, entered on Stripe's secure checkout: card details, billing address or postcode as Stripe requests, and your payment history with us. Stripe processes your card. We never see or store your full card number. We can see limited details Stripe shows merchants, such as the card brand, last four digits and expiry date.
  • Your consent records: when you agree to a subscription's terms, or tick the optional box for club emails, we keep a record of what you agreed to, when, on which page, and the IP address it came from.
  • Technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. Stripe also collects device information during checkout to prevent fraud. If our ad-measurement tools run (§ 3), they collect cookie and device identifiers too.
  • Anything you send us when you email us for help.

We don't ask for your age, date of birth or any health information, and we don't want it.

2. How we use it

  • To take payment and deliver what you bought or asked for, including a new pack each month for club members.
  • To send emails about your purchase: delivery emails, receipts, renewal reminders, price-change notices, cancellation confirmations and replies to your questions.
  • Club emails, only if you ask for them. If you tick the optional, unticked box when you get the free sampler, we may send you occasional emails with news and offers about the club. Every one has an unsubscribe link. Getting the free sampler doesn't depend on ticking that box.
  • Checkout waitlist. If you ask us to email you when checkout opens, we send one email to that address when it opens and nothing else. We then delete your address from the waitlist. We don't send it to Meta.
  • To measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work (§ 3).
  • To keep records the law requires, such as proof that you agreed to the subscription terms. We keep these for at least 3 years, or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.
  • To prevent fraud and handle refunds or payment disputes.

We don't sell or rent your information for money. As described in § 3, our site shares limited data with Meta to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.

3. Cookies, ad measurement and your choices

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To learn whether those ads work, our site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells Meta when a page is viewed, when someone asks for the free sampler (reported to Meta only as a count, without the email address), when checkout starts and when a purchase is completed. It may set cookies and collect your IP address and your device and browser information.

Free-sampler sign-ups are never sent to Meta with your email address or any other personal details, by the pixel or by our server. The email you enter is used only to send the sampler, and for club emails if you tick that box.

When you buy, our server may also send Meta, through Meta's Conversions API: - the purchase amount, and - a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address, which Meta uses to match the purchase to a Facebook or Instagram account.

Hashing is not encryption. Meta can match a hashed email to an account that uses the same email.

Meta may also use this information as described in its own data policy, including to improve its advertising systems.

Your choices: - If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our site doesn't load the Meta Pixel, and we don't send that purchase to Meta through the Conversions API. Neither tool runs for that visit or that purchase. - You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. - You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Our site still works if you do. - Do Not Track: browsers' older "Do Not Track" setting doesn't change how our site behaves. Global Privacy Control does, as described above.

Apart from the Meta Pixel, our site uses only what it needs to work, such as Stripe's checkout cookies when you pay. Our emails don't contain tracking pixels or tracked links.

4. Who else receives your information

We use a few service providers to run the club. Each receives only what it needs:

Provider What they do What they receive
Stripe Payments, receipts, subscription management, cancellation page Name, email, billing details, device data during checkout
Resend Sends our emails Your email address and the email content (including, if you join the checkout waitlist, that address)
Cloudflare Hosts our website Technical data such as IP address and browser type
Meta Platforms Ad measurement (§ 3) Page, free-sampler sign-up count (no email), checkout and purchase events, cookie and device identifiers, IP address, and for purchases a hashed email and the purchase amount

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect against fraud, or if the club is sold or transferred to another company. If that happens, this policy continues to apply to your information.

5. How long we keep it

  • Purchase, subscription and consent records: at least 3 years, or 1 year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer.
  • Free-sampler and club-email records: until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete them, apart from the consent record itself, which we keep for 3 years.
  • Checkout-waitlist addresses: deleted after the one email is sent.
  • Support emails: up to 3 years.
  • After that, we delete it or ask our providers to.

6. Your choices and rights

  • See, correct or delete your information: email [email protected] from the address you used. We'll reply within 2 business days and complete the request within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires (such as payment and consent records) even after you ask us to delete them.
  • Stop club emails: click "Unsubscribe" in any club email. We stop sending them right away.
  • Stop pack emails: cancel your subscription with the "Manage or cancel" link. We may still send a few required notices, such as your cancellation confirmation or a refund receipt.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Email us and we'll honor them as the law requires.

7. Security

Payments go through Stripe's secure checkout. Our site uses HTTPS. We limit who can access customer information. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the information we hold to a minimum.

8. Children

The club isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. You must be 18 or older to buy. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

9. Where we operate

We sell to customers in the United States only. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, for example a new use of your information, we'll email customers before it takes effect.
