Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want this to be simple and fair.
Our guarantee
30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within 30 days of any payment, email us and we'll refund that payment in full. No questions asked. You keep what you've printed.
- It covers every payment:
- your first monthly or yearly payment,
- every monthly or yearly renewal, and
- a $12 gift pack.
- How to ask: email [email protected] from the address you used, or tell us that address. You don't need to give a reason.
- Where the money goes: refunds go back to your original card. We process them within 2 business days of your email. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.
- Your subscription: refunding a monthly payment also cancels your subscription, unless you tell us you'd like to stay. A refund of a yearly payment ends that yearly plan: no more monthly packs are sent for that year and it won't renew. You keep every pack you've already received.
- The free sampler costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
After 30 days, a payment is generally not refundable. If something went wrong (a pack never arrived, or a file won't open), email us anyway and we'll make it right.
Cancelling
- Cancel online anytime. No phone call, no form. Use the "Manage or cancel" link in any email from us, or go to largeprintpuzzleclub.com/manage and confirm your email address. No reason is needed.
- Monthly plan: after you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your current month runs to its end.
- Yearly plan: after you cancel, your plan won't renew, and your monthly packs continue until the year you paid for ends. After the 30-day guarantee, we don't refund unused months of a yearly plan.
- You keep every pack you've already received.
- We send an email confirming the cancellation.
- Can't get the link to work? Email [email protected] and we'll cancel for you. Your cancellation counts from the time of that email.
Problems with a pack
If a pack didn't arrive, a link doesn't work, or you've found a mistake in a puzzle, email us. We'll resend it, fix it, or refund it.
